Birthing Matters: Community Conversations

Birthing Matters is a comprehensive initiative by Jace's Journey designed to educate expectant parents and their support networks on self-advocacy in maternal health settings, recognizing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and identifying pregnancy complications such as Preeclampsia and HELLP Syndrome. This program focuses on high-risk regions and maternal care deserts in North Carolina, offering community workshops, role-playing sessions and resource networking, By leveraging the Hear Her campaign, Birthing Matters aims to raise awareness of urgent maternal warning signs, improve communication between patients and healthcare providers, and provide essential tools to enhance pregnancy outcomes. Join us in making a difference in maternal health by bringing Birthing Matters to your community.
